Privacy policyHow LeadlyOS handles information.
Effective August 31, 2026. This policy explains how LeadlyOS LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, apply for access, or use our services.
1. Scope and our role
This policy applies to LeadlyOS websites, applications, support, and related services. When a business customer uses LeadlyOS to handle its own leads, callers, contacts, or customers, that business generally controls the information and LeadlyOS processes it to provide the service. The business customer is responsible for its notices, permissions, and lawful use of the information it submits.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and business information, contact details, workspace members and permissions, application and support messages, lead and customer records, appointment and follow-up information, and information from tools a customer chooses to connect. Depending on enabled features, the service may process call, text, email, or other communication content and related metadata.
We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, requested pages, error records, and security events.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure LeadlyOS, authenticate users, maintain customer workspaces, respond to support requests, process applications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, comply with law, and communicate about the service. We do not use customer lead data to make unrelated offers to those leads.
4. Communications data
Customers may configure LeadlyOS to support calls, texts, emails, scheduling, and follow-up. Customers must provide required notices, obtain required consent, honor do-not-contact and opt-out requests, follow calling-hour and recording rules, and use accurate caller identification. LeadlyOS may process communication content and status information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the configured service.
5. When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, email, communications, storage, monitoring, support, and connected integrations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at a customer’s direction. We do not sell customer lead lists.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention depends on the type of information and the customer’s configuration. Customers may request an export or deletion, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, scoped workspaces, validation, abuse controls, and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update account information, disconnect integrations, manage communication preferences, or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Rights vary by location and may be subject to exceptions. We may verify a request before acting on it. A customer’s lead or contact should ordinarily send a request to the business that collected the information; we will support that customer as required.
9. Cookies and local storage
LeadlyOS uses cookies needed for authentication, security, and session handling. The application may use browser storage for device-specific preferences or personal daily tools. We do not use those technologies to sell customer lead data.
10. Children
LeadlyOS is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, law, or our practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.
